Resale Document Packet Requests |
|
A resale document packet is a set of required documents and required information for your particular homeowners association. Some of the components in a resale packet are the Articles of Incorporation, Declaration, Bylaws, Resolutions, Architectural Guidelines, and current budget. State regulations require sellers to provide such a packet to a prospective purchaser in advance of settlement. The resale disclosure packet provides the purchaser with regulations and information particular to your association. We begin the process once we have received a signed Disclosure Document Request Form and payment. Your disclosure packet will be completed within 14 days from the date we receive the form and payment. We strive to complete all packets as soon as possible, therefore your packet may be ready sooner than 14 days. The packet will be mailed to the address listed on the completed form.
Effective July 1, 2007, the processing fee for a resale document packet is $275.00.
